Terms and Conditions

All room bookings are accepted on a provisional basis until formal confirmation from PGEC. All chargeable room bookings require a 25% non refundable deposit. The PGEC reserve the right to amend or cancel a room booking in exceptional circumstances. A full deposit refund will be issued if an alternative booking cannot be made.

Amendment or cancellation of a booking will be subject to a minimum of two weeks notice.
Failure to comply will result in loss of deposit.

All seminar rooms must be left in a reasonable state. A charge will be made to recover housekeeping costs if a room is left in an unreasonable condition.

I confirm the above information to be correct and that any changes must be requested in writing to the Education Events Manager.
